How will you know what to put on our website?

We will send you a business information form. Just return it and your website will be live usually in a few hours

What if we want something added, like a logo or a page?

No problem, just send us a E-mail and tell us what you want. Basically price upgrades are easy, we add what you want and upgrade you accordingly. For instance adding an About Us page costs only $3.75.

Who owns my domain name?

In the very beginning we purchase you (one)domain name as a part of the package. Then anytime after 30 days we will release it to you if you prefer.

Who builds our website and who will be the hosting our website?

We personally build the Website for you. We are also the hosting company.

Who owns my domain name?

In the very beginning we purchase you (one)domain name as a part of the package. Then anytime after 30 days we will release it to you if you prefer.
If you leave it under our management and renew your package for only $99 per year. The domain name renewal fee is included.
If you request your domain name be moved from our management it is your responsibility to make sure the renewal fees are paid.
We have no interest in owning your domain name. We purchase it for you and manage it as a courtesy of our service. It is yours and we will release it (free) any time you request. Either to a free account that you can open up at our Registrar or transfer to another Registrar if you prefer.

What happens first after we pay for a website?

We go immediately and check for domain name availability. If the obvious name is not available we do a few searches and call or E-mail you with your options. Then we buy the domain name for you and make the necessary technical adjustments so you will immediately see your website name on the Internet. Then we immediately send you a welcome letter which includes account information such as start date, account number, username and password to get into your website control panel and the new mailbox names and passwords. Plus some information which explains how to add new pages in your website editor. Because even though we build your website for you complete. You still have the option to make changes yourself and add things like a weekly sale or photo album.

How much does a website cost? And what do I get with it?

Compared to all other types of advertising and media you put you business into. Our product and service absolutely out performs anything else in both price and interaction. Especially if you consider that both your clients and prospects will easily be able to get all kinds of information about your business and services by visit your site over and over again!
Please remember these are the basic website packages. The prices include everything you will need to have a great website on the Internet.
In some cases your business will need more and the prices of websites for companies like Walmart or Sears cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, and more, per year.
We can do anything you need and any size, scripting, databases etc. The fees would obviously be more.

How much does it cost us for the 2nd year and so on?

The second and subsequent years is only $99! If you keep your domain name under our management, the yearly domain renewal fee is included. (We will release your domain name at any time, without cost, just e-mail contact us If we do not have control of your domain name. You should plan on $35 dollars being added to that amount. We must do this because everything under our management is automated.
Having to go and pay higher fees and deal with other registrars usually takes a lot of unnecessary time. So we must add the extra fee.

How do you know what I want on the website?

We sit down together or we talk on the phone. You tell us all about your business. Give us or E-mail us any photos you would like included, plus the names of the new E-mail boxes like you@yourcompany.com or sales@yourcompany.com and we take it from there. Building the entire site for you. Adding all the pages including Home page - Products - Services - About Us - Directions Map and the Contact Us or Submission Form and the Thank You Page. Or whatever is the applicable combination of pages for your particular business. After we build it, we let you know. You tell us the changes you would like done and we apply them. Then we submit your site to Search Engines: Yahoo, MSN, Google, Scrubbies, Alexa, Nerd World, Entireweb, Aeiwi, Aesop, Starting Point, Exactseek, Jayde, Search-it and a few more. We put the history of those submissions in your webmaster@yourcompany.com mailbox. When we have any questions or suggestions we let you know.

How soon will my new site be on the Internet?

We can have your name up there almost immediately. If you don't have a Domian Name yet we can do it sometimes in an hour. The usual total time is just a few days with a promise to be complete within 14 days in case we get a backlog.

What if I don't like the site?

You own it by the year. You can go in and make whatever changes you want. Whenever you want

Is it very hard to make changes or rebuild it to suit me?

No not at all. Just point and click. Of course the program can't read your mind so you will have to add the words and pictures.

If I don't like the theme or color do I have to rebuild the entire site to change it?

No not at all. Anytime you change themes or colors. The content pretty much stays the same.

How do we get help and support?

How do we get a refund?

We build the site initially. It will be a fully functional site. Anytime within the first 30 days we will refund, hassle-free 100%. Enjoy
